Enclosure with tax and/or water bill of roaming bylaw
Shelburne is a growing community. And with that, comes certain ongoing issues. One being households allowing cats to freely roam on their neighbour's property. This causes several problems, one for those having to clean up in the gardens, etc. And issues inside the home where those responsible homeowners who do not allow their cats to roam, having to deal with marking issues as a result of those who feel it is ok. I am suggesting a copy of this bylaw be included in the package with either tax bill or water or both. People need constant reminders.

Snow removal
We get a lot of winter and we plow well but could we please add gates to plows to clear driveway and sidewalk ends as we go. Also.....less sand and more salt.
